Uncertainty in climate prediction to influence African governments in disaster risk management

Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA)   -   African researchers and experts on Climate Change meeting here Wednesday concluded that the current predictability of weather and climate forecasts, coupled with ocean-atmosphere models, were widely used in weather forecasts in several regions across Africa
