Dakar, Senegal (PANA) - A new funding plan to deliver basic health and education for everyone is essential to end extreme poverty, according to a new report launched Friday in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire on the sidelines of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group Annual Meetings
