Doubts about organiZation of elections persist despite announcement of compromise on the electoral laws


Tripoli, Libya (PANA) -Despite the announcement in the Moroccan town of Bouznika that a compromise had been reached on the legislation for holding parliamentary and presidential elections between members of the 6+6 Joint Commission of the Libyan House of Representatives (Parliament) and the High Council of State responsible for drafting electoral laws, all is not well  following the refusal of presidents of the two chambers to append their signature to the agreement
