Court bars oil giant from surveying South African waters

Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) – The Eastern Cape High Court on Thursday ruled that the exploration rights granted by South Africa to Impact Africa and Shell oil giant were illegal and they would not be permitted to carry out a seismic survey in the Indian Ocean
