Civil society groups call for action in Doha as UN climate talks begin critical phase

Doha, Qatar (PANA) – Representatives of civil society groups around the world who are gathered in Doha, Qatar, for the UN climate conference say Doha is a crucial turning point in addressing the global emergency of climate change as the conference kicked off Monday with an ongoing battle over the rules of the international climate controls from now until 2020
